Step by Step Process of UP Family ID EK Parivar Ek Pahchan Scheme Registration 2023 ·      To register in Uttar Pradesh Family ID (Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan) 2023, it is necessary to have the mobile number linked in the Aadhaar card of all the family members. ·      Step 1 : For registration, the candidate has to first open the link of Uttar Pradesh Government's Family ID Portal familyid.up.gov.in on his/her mobile/desktop.
